I work quickly with clients ready to change and
pace myself to the client's needs using core values which are universal to all walks of life. I have worked with tens of thousands of clients ranging from trauma, marriage, communication, anxiety, parenting, motivation, work issues, depression, suicidality, relationships, sudden life change, etc... My goal is for you to experience PEACE in your life, stop coping and start LIVING in the NOW.
My therapeutic orientation is thought and behavior oriented. I attempt to work BRIEFLY (4-8 sessions). This takes a client who is motivated to change and willing to discover new options than their old programs. To be fully alive, we must be fully present. No living in past and future predictions. Live in the NOW. This moment is the meaning of your life. We must change before others will. I am straight forward and often use humor. It is so important to be relaxed in this work.

I work on self-love and learning how to say "No" to things that harm us. In crisis the challenge is to not allow the traumatic moment define us. In death, we must give people back their death and celebrate their life. That is how their life carries forward. Peace is acceptance to what we can not control and adapting to life's changes.
These are some of my perspectives. Hope we have a chance to work together.
values, trust and integrity
You can LOVE someone and not TRUST them. When you TRUST, LOVE always follows. In relationships most all conflict resides in a TRUST issue. To fix TRUST, we must renew an agreement and then act in FAITH that the person who lost our TRUST can regain it. INTEGRITY is the ability to maintain TRUST. Without it, we end up alone.
